You must hold a ACC, PCC, or MCC credential in order to apply to the ICF for your Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).  You may enroll in this training prior to earning your ICF credential, but we recommend that you have completed Level 1 training as a minimum prerequisite.

Description:

​Embark on a transformative 3-month program tailored for coaches aspiring to attain the prestigious International Coaching Federation (ICF) Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (ACTC). This comprehensive curriculum not only cultivates team excellence but also aligns with the ICF Team Coaching Core Competencies, essential for your journey towards certification. This 68-hour program is designed to fulfill the educational requirements for the ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (ACTC). You'll learn to leverage cutting-edge interactive software with validated individual and team assessments, along with corresponding modules, to engage and delight teams while fostering meaningful, measurable, and lasting results. Join us on this journey to become a certified ICF AATC team coach and cultivate excellence in teams worldwide.

 

Throughout the 3 Months:

  • Coaching Supervision: Participants engage in at least five (5) hours of coaching supervision with an eligible Coaching Supervisor or ICF Mentor Coach, focusing on their team coaching practice.

  • Participants will use the TeamCoachr interactive software platform and learn to facilitate Happy Whole Human assessments with corresponding aggregate report and workshop templates 

  • Team Engagements: Participants complete a total of 20 hours in team engagements, including 2 observed sessions with written feedback.

  • Asynchronous Learning: Self-paced e-learning modules, exercises, and assignments contribute to the total program content, aligning with ICF requirements for AATC certification. This comprises a minimum of 30 hours of asynchronous learning.

  • Synchronous Learning: Synchronous learning sessions ensure real-time engagement and interaction, meeting the standards set by the ICF for AATC certification. This includes at least 30 hours of synchronous learning.

Part 2: Enhancing Communication and Psychological Safety

Session 4: Creating Team Charter [ICF Team Core Competencies: Creating Team Awareness]

  • Enhance communication skills within teams.

  • Foster psychological safety through effective communication.

  • Create team charters to clarify team goals and expectations.​
     

Month 2: Navigating Challenges

Part 3: Conflict Resolution and Empowerment

All prospective student enrollments are contingent upon application  (unless previously submitted for another level of HWH coach training), and a signed updated HWH Participant Enrollment Agreement.
