Course Description:  

This 10-week, 50-hour HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Holistic Wellness Coach Training can be taken as stand-alone training if you are already a certified coach, or as Level 4 in the HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Holistic Wellness Coach certification program. This course is also Level 4 of 6 of the ACHE accredited HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® 210-hour Hypnotic Coach Certification Program.

 

HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Certified Hypnotic Coaches provide collaborative support, feedback, training, and tools to empower clients to connect to their core competencies, overcome obstacles and live extraordinary lives as Happy Whole Humans. Each Happy Whole Human® Certified Hypnotic Coach is taught to use the skills of life coaching with the power of hypnosis. HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN ® is unique in that it bridges the divide between researchers, clinicians, academia, and the business world.

This HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Hypnotic Coaching Certification Program uses a curriculum developed by Zoilita Grant, pioneer in the field of Hypnotic Coaching, to teach coaches trainees to provide support to their clients, employees, patients and peers as they harness the power of their subconscious minds to overcome obstacles and achieve their potentials. As a type of life coaching, hypnotic coaching focuses on clients’ goals to create success. Students learn advanced tools and techniques of coaching, with the power and punch of hypnosis. You will be trained in five styles of hypnosis, and learn how to coach people to wholeness using an empowering process called Alchemical Hypnosis.

Learning Objectives:

​

Participants will learn to use hypnosis to deepen their coaching capacities to:  

​

 

1. Create a safe environment for clients to evolve and grow.

​

2. Develop and maintain Coaching Presence and the ability to be fully conscious and create spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible and confident.

​

3. Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve.

​

4. Encourage client self-discovery.

 

5. Listen to what the client says and does not say.

​

6. Listen to the content and beyond the words.

​

7. Listen in search of the client’s desired outcome and partner with client to establish agendas and recontract as necessary.

​

8. Listen and resonate with the client’s words, meaning and tone.

​

9. Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies through a collaborative process.

​

10. Hold the client responsible and accountable for the outcomes of their process.

​

11. Develop a strong, bonded relationship with the client, and using that relationship as part of the process.

​

12. Develop competency in five styles of hypnosis using both directive and non-directive techniques.

 

13. Utilize hypnosis in combination with coaching to help clients achieve goals: Learning goals, performance goals, and fulfillment goals.

American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) Accredited Training:​

The Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness is approved by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) to offer this Hypnotic Coach certification program, taught by Lisa Leit, a certified ACHE Instructor and Examiner. After students complete HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Coach Certification Levels 1-6, Lisa will determine whether students have earned Hypnotic Coach Certification (200 training hours required) by the American Council for Hypnotist Examiners. Upon certification by the Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness, students may submit their HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® certificate in application for the ACHE certification. Graduates will need to pay a fee for ACHE certification and fill out requisite forms, but no further examination will be required.

Although it is part of the HWH All-in-One Holistic Wellness Coach Training, and pre-approved by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, at this time, Level 5 is not part of the Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness International Coach Federation accredited ACSTH program, so this hypnosis training cannot be submitted for ICF CCE credits or towards an ICF credential.

Next steps:  

The Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness is approved by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) to offer this Hypnotic Coach certification program, taught by Lisa Leit, a certified ACHE Instructor and Examiner.  After completing HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Coach Certification Levels 1-4, students will need to complete Level 5, a supervised practicum, and Level 6, a business development course (a total of over 200 hours) to be eligible for Hypnotic Coach certification by the American Council for Hypnotist Examiners.  

 

 

Students may wish to learn refined tools and techniques to coach clients grappling with specific wellness goals.

 

 

Continuing Education:  

Course credit may count towards continuing education credit for coaches, hypnotherapists, human resource managers, and therapists.

Application Process:  

Enrollment is limited and contingent upon completion of the application process.  

​

Certification Requirements

Each course offered by the HWH Institute of Holistic Wellness includes an online final comprehensive exam. To pass, students must pass the exam and complete all assignments with a 75% average or above and attend all live Zoom classes (you may make up to two missed classes per level by watching class videos and completing in-class assignments). In the event that a student is not able to pass one of the classes, s/he will need to retake the class and all subsequent levels within three years, or additional tuition will be due. Upon passing each coach training level, students will receive certificates of completion which may be submitted to the International Coach Federation and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners as proof of training hours towards ICF and ACHE certification and/or continuing education requirements.

HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Holistic Wellness Coach Certification: Practicum review, all assignments due, mentorship hours complete, and a comprehensive oral and written exam.
