Course Description:  

The Happy Whole Human Institute of Holistic Wellness offers this Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program which will meet the educational requirements for an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) ICF Credential.

This 8-week, 60-hour HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Coach-Specific Training can be taken as a stand-alone training, or as Level 1 of 6 in the 205-hour HWH All-in-One Holistic Wellness Coach certification program.  

HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® (HWH) programs prepare students for empowering and lucrative coaching careers in which they create interactive confidential healing spaces of unconditional acceptance and provide the support, information, and structure to facilitate transformational change. Students are taught practical tools and techniques to help clients conquer their fears, get out of their own way, and learn to live as Happy Whole Humans-radiant, happy, and fulfilled. Our mission is to empower individuals as they relax, reflect, and snap out of unconscious patterns via mindfulness and holistic wellness to overcome obstacles and improve their lives and relationships across the board.  

Learning Objectives:  Participants will learn to enact the ICF Core Competencies, specifically to:

3. Establish and maintain agreements  

4. Cultivate trust and safety

Target Audiences:  

-Beginning and Experienced Coaches. Our program will teach you to consistently demonstrate the core competencies recognized internationally as fundamental to the ethical practice of coaching. ICF credentials provide quality assurance to clients, give you access to a powerful network of professionals in your field, and set you apart as a competent coach. In fact, this ICF training will support you in raising your awareness and show up as a more confident, professional, and accountable, person overall. The HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® program includes tools and lessons designed to foster habits conducive to your success and fulfillment as a professional coach.  

-Human Resource Professionals. The HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® program includes tools and lessons designed to foster habits conducive to your capacity as a leader and manager to cultivate the innate potential of your organization’s employees. Specifically, this program will teach you, as a HR professional, to adopt a coaching mindset and learn a Socratic method process of inquiry, partnering with your employees as they come to insight and make permanent improvements in the way they think, feel, and act. Employees will feel more confident as they meet the challenges of each moment. In this way, our program draws upon current trends to support individuals holistically to facilitate overall improvements in productivity, as well as workplace engagement, satisfaction, empowerment, professionalism, and ethics.  

-Therapists. This course will teach you practical tools to partner with clients as they enhance their performance. The International Coaching Federation’s Coaching Core Competencies challenge coaches to adopt a present- and future-oriented pragmatic approach that allows you to partner with clients as they set, work towards, and achieve their outcomes and gain confidence in the process.

Certification Requirements

Each course offered by the HWH Institute of Holistic Wellness includes an online final comprehensive exam. To pass, students must pass the exam and complete all assignments with a 75% average or above and attend all live Zoom classes (you may make up to two missed classes per level by watching class videos and completing in-class assignments). In the event that a student is not able to pass one of the classes, s/he will need to retake the class and all subsequent levels within three years, or additional tuition will be due. Upon passing each coach training level, students will receive certificates of completion which may be submitted to the International Coaching Federation and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners as proof of training hours towards ICF and ACHE certification and/or continuing education requirements.
