HWH Level 1 Coach Training: Flexible Fast Track to Certification (3 Months to 3 Years)

Program Overview The Level 1 Fast Track provides flexible access to essential ICF-accredited coach training, equipping you with powerful tools and techniques to confidently coach at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level. Program Structure Self-Paced Training (Asynchronous eCourses) You will complete the following eCourse at your own pace, assessed through the online comprehension exam and applied practice in live sessions: • HWH Level 1 eCourse Supplemental HWH eCourses (for reference and deeper learning): •HWH Group ICF Mentoring eCourse •HWH Group Supervision eCourse Live Training Requirements (Synchronous Sessions) To meet Level 1 training requirements, you’ll attend three 1:1 mentoring sessions with me and a minimum of 27 weekly group live training hours, choosing from: • Office Hours (Mondays, 9-10 AM CST & 2-3 PM CST) • Group Supervision Sessions (Mondays, 11-12 PM CST, except Business Development weeks) • Business Development Sessions (4th Monday of each month, 11-12 AM CST) • ICF Mentoring Classes (Mondays, 12-1 PM CST) To receive your HWH Level 1 Certificate, you must: • Pass the eCourse comprehension exam. • Pass the ICF Performance Exam. • Attend 27 live training hours from the available sessions (including at least seven hours of ICF group mentoring). • Complete three one-on-one ICF mentoring sessions with Lisa Leit, MCC. • Maintain an active HWH Pro Membership subscription.
