Advanced Coaching Business Mentorship
Coaches will learn key business concepts and applications to their practices and receive targeted reports and mentorship as they prepare for advanced ICF certification and business success in the field of coaching. This training is a twenty-hour portion of our Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program.

Course Description:

Yes, you're a great coach...but do you need help succeeding in business? Whether you are just starting out, or in the growth phase, this 20-hour program is designed to teach coaches business principles that can be used in conjunction with building their private practices. These skills can also be applied to your work with business coaching clients.
In this process, Dr. Leit takes you through 20 hours of 1-1 learning to ensure you can apply business skills in a tangible way into your practice.
She will cover the five keys to business success: leads, conversions, pricing, and profits. You will learn120 strategies to succeed as a business owner across all five areas. Dr. Leit will work with you to calculate your profit growth in each of these five domains and generate key performance indicators to measure your progress
Delivery:

20 hours of virtual synchronous 1-1 training and mentorship in sessions with Dr. Leit.

International Coaching Federation Training Hours:
​
Graduates will receive certificates of completion which may be submitted to the International Coaching Federation towards ICF certification and/or continuing education requirements.
You may take this supervision (20 hours of virtual one-on-one synchronous training and mentorship) or other portions of our ACSTH program and apply the training towards an ICF credential, as long as you complete a minimum of 30 hours of the full 326-hour ACSTH program. The ICF accepts this and other portions of our ACSTH program as Continuing Coach Education (CCE credits) if you have completed 29 hours or less of our entire 326-hour program.​​
